One of the favourite parts of my job is that I get to visit so many different types of businesses and see how they’re run.  It’s a privilege to be allowed to view all the different types of business processes used to accomplish, ultimately, the same outcome:  Client Service (be it through Product Supply, or, Service Management)

Something that often catches my eye is that businesses have grown at such a rate, that often, a necessary business process has been omitted.  One of these vitally important processes that I most commonly identify is a Warehouse Management Solution....

And the new Year Begins

A large amount of the momentum from last year has carried forward into this year, and, as it continues, promises to afford us the opportunity to build on established, and, forge new, relationships.  I’m fortunate enough to have a great team working with me, and, as such, look forward to the challenge that our ever-changing business affords us.
