End 2 End Business Solutions provides remote support for the above listed range of products during normal office hours Mon – Fri 8:30 to 17:00 or by prior arrangement.  Remote support fees are billed in 30min intervals @ our current consulting rates per product.

To begin remote support:

Step 1:  Ensure that you have called our offices and are connected to your support consultant,

Step 2:  Download our remote support software (if you haven’t already) and install (your support consultant can assist you with this if you’re unsure).  Once installed the remote software will run as a service and will remain available for you to use at a future date:

You will receive the following popup, select ‘save file’

Step 3:  Save the file to a location that you can run it from (it might default to your ‘Downloads’ folder).  Double click on, or, ‘run’ the downloaded file.  Accept the Terms by checking the tick box, select the ‘Next’ button

In the next screen set your Password and Confirm it, then select the ‘Finish’ button (Remember Your Password)

Step 4: The program will install and open.  You will need to give your support consultant the following information from the popup screen: Your ID & Password  (by default and for security reasons your Password will NOT be automatically displayed)

Step 5:  Your support consultant will then be able to connect to your computer remotely and begin support.  Communication with your support consultant can be maintained via the phone and/or via a note pad document on your desktop, which ever is more convenient.

Once complete, the support consultant will log off and terminate the remote session.
